Lauren has recently graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child and youth studies as well as a Bachelor of Education degree. Lauren is an Ontario certified teacher for kindergarten to grade 6, and has many years of experience working with children and youth at all ages.

Liz is a program coordinator here at The FORT. She completed her block placement of 520 hours at The FORT towards her Social Service Worker Diploma. Liz is here at The FORT everyday playing games and cooking food with the kids. She supervises every activity and makes sure the kids are having a great time, every time. She’s a great help when it comes to keeping The FORT a fun and safe place to be.

Amanda is a graduate from Niagara College with a Certificate in Public Relations. She has over 10 years of experience working with youth in a number of capacities. Her role at the FORT includes marketing, resource development, donation intake and volunteer coordination. She has been at The FORT for over two years now, making sure everything runs smoothly and that the kids are having a blast.

Kelly has moved from the Youth Worker position with the FORT to the Youth Connect Worker. Kelly’s background as a child and youth worker and her knowledge of West Niagara, make her a perfect fit for this position.

Mike spends his time between the RAFT and the FORT as the Executive Director of both organizations. . Michael is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and has a Masters Degree in Political Science. Michael has extensive experience in fundraising, community capacity building and restructuring initiatives. Michael Lethby is also the President of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
